CM KCR urges voters to cast their votes in matured way

The Chief Minister of the State KCR today asked the voters of Nagarjuna Sagar Assembly Constituency to not get excited whenever there is an election and urged them to cast their votes in a mature manner.

 

Addressing a public meeting held at Halia of the constituency, KCR alleged that the opposition political parties had taken all steps to cancel his public meeting. He termed the attempts of the opposition leader as illogical and added that several national leaders including the prime minister of the country Narendra Modi had organized public meetings and sought votes for their parties in the elections being held in five states of the country.

He said that the voters of the constituency had already come to a conclusion about the party that can develop their constituency. He said that the people should vote for a government that works for them.

He said that they had fielded the son of the former MLA from the constituency Nomula Narasimhaiah after thinking that he would serve them. KCR also utilized the occasion to level allegations against his party’s rival K. Jana Reddy. He said that Jana reddy had done nothing for the development of the constituency.

He also said that the poor people of the constituency were ignored during the congress party’s rule. He promised that he would complete the Nellikallu lift irrigation project if they voted for their Party candidate Nomula Bhagath. He also promises to compete in the Tirumalagiri Sagar lift irrigation project in one and half years’ time.

He said that they would solve the land issues in Nandikonda municipality and added that he would also sanction a degree college to Nagarjuna Sagar. He made it clear that the people of the state had given the post of CM to him s alms and not Jana Reddy while noting that they had sacrificed their posts like a piece of grass for achieving a separate Telangana state. He alleged that the Congress party had sacrificed the Telangana cause for their posts.
