Explaining that a ‘predictable politician’ is no longer hold any worth in active politics, the senior Journalist Rajesh Joshi said, “Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by Arvind Kejriwal is playing a cleaver politics and trying to portray PM Modi as a ‘predictable politician’ so to prove him completely inefficient before the public and all this have been evident with Manish Sisodia episode.”
While taking part in a debate over the Manish Sisodia case on a New Channel on Wednesday, he said, “Whatever the PM Modi and Amit Shah may want to do but they never really wish to be perceived themselves as ‘predictable leaders’ before the public. They are known for their unpredictable appearance which is their primary asset. If they are exposed before playing their cards and executing what they actually planned, then PM Modi will no longer remain a wrathful leader for his followers who always loved to beat the drums of the political accomplishments of their leader.”
“On the other hand, Arvind Kejriwal is a clever politician and a tactical schemer. What he really wants to do is to portray PM Modi as a predictable politician before the public. This is what the actual contest is being played between both these leaders right now.
Going into deep in recent comments made by Manish Sisodia, he said, the AAP leader try to put bait by predicting that CBI may take him into custody soon after the agency raided several locations in Liquor Scam, however, nothing has happened to him that shows that PM Modi never swallowed the bait.
“If we look into other cases, PM Modi never gave much time to his opponents and ensured their arrest soon after the CBI raids. But in Manish Sisodia case, Modi refrained from any such move as he may not at all want to play into the hands of AAP and portray himself as a predictable politician,” Joshi explained.
“Unlike Mamata Banerjee – who after the CBI raids on her second-in-command Partha Chatterjee’s house in alleged school recruitment scam starts praising RSS, Kejriwal never stoop to such a level since he is a clever politician and Minist Sisodia episode prove his plot to defame PM Modi by declaring him an easily predictable politician,” contended Joshi.
