ACB raids Malkajgiri ACP house, identifies Rs.5 crore worth properties

Hyderabad: The sleuths of Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) Today the residence of Malkajgiri ACP Narasimha Reddy and identified Rs.5 crore disproportionate assets to the known sources of his income.

The deputy director of the wing Ravinderreddy said that they had conducted raids at the Mahindra hills residence of the ACP and added that the search was going on to unearth more illegal assets of the ACP.

He said that simultaneous raids were being conducted at 25 places from Warangal, Khammam, KarimnagarNalgonda, and Anantapur besides Hyderabad.

He said that they were yet to see the bank lockers of the ACP and added that they were yet to extract information from the family members and benames of the ACP.

He said that they were also investigating the links of the access with public representatives. It was also revealed that the ACP who had worked as Miyapur CI between 2008 to 2010 had earned a lot of money by intervening in land disputes. (NSS)
