A bench headed by Chief Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra and Justice M. Satyanarayana Murthy on Monday said that Twitter should clarify why ‘stop this instant’ orders should not be started before the following hearing. It additionally focused on that Twitter can’t play “find the stowaway” with Indian law and ought to keep the tradition that must be adhered to work on Indian soil.

The bench said it is an unmistakable case fit for disdain and criminal procedures could be started against Twitter. The bench likewise alluded to a new judgment against Google where an FIR has been enlisted.

Presenting the harmful substance to the bench, Assistant Solicitor General S.V. Raju, who showed up for CBI, brought to the notification of the court that such online media posts are as yet noticeable on Twitter, regardless of the court’s reasonable headings for withdrawal.

S.V. Raju said that Twitter eliminates oppressive substances from the web-based media records of individuals who are Indian nationals.
