Hyderabad: BJP State leader DK Aruna on Wednesday asked Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao whether he was the CM of the entire Telangana State or for his native village Chintamadaka alone.
Stating that it was a gesture by the CM to sanction Rs 200 crore to his native village, she said KCR has the onus of developing the entire State with the same spirit. She mocked that the Chief Ministers of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh State had only focused on developing their own villages instead of the entire State.
Slamming Excise Minister V. Srinivas Goud’s statement that all the pensioners in the State should be indebted to the Chief Minister, Aruna said it was shameful that a minister was making such silly remarks as if the Chief Minister was disbursing pensions from his own pocket. (NSS)
