Industries Minister KT Rama Rao said Telangana offers the best business opportunities given its policies, infrastructure, and support for entrepreneurs.
Rama Rao said the country needs to promote inclusivity as there are a lot of opportunities for industrial growth in the country after laying the foundation stone for WE ITTC here on Friday.
The Minister stated that there has never been a better time to be an entrepreneur in India, with governments at the Centre and in the States acknowledging the contribution of entrepreneurs as well as enabling the process of entrepreneurship. “We must promote inclusivity as this is the best time to be an entrepreneur in India,” he said.
The Industries Minister stated that Telangana was experiencing five revolutions at the same time: ‘Green Revolution’, where Telangana’s farming segment was touching new heights of success, ‘Blue Revolution’, under which the fisheries were raising their standards under Mission Kakatiya, ‘Pink Revolution’ whereby Telangana was emerging as the top State in livestock, ‘White Revolution’ wherein the dairy product range is both qualitatively and quantitatively growing and ‘Yellow Revolution’, where edible oils production is on the rise.

Telangana is the only state to have a marketing hub, said Additional Development Commissioner of MSME Development and Facilitation Office (MSME-DFO) D Chandra Sekhar. “WE ITTC is a prestigious project and it has the potential to go a long way and emerge into a one-stop-shop for all women entrepreneurs,” he said.
In response to the support offered by the State government to start-ups, people from other States and cities have moved to Hyderabad to set up their businesses.
