Hyderabad: Heavy rain with quall suddenly lashed the capital city on Monday afternoon giving much-needed relief from scorching sun. However, all the roads in the city remained water clogged after one hour cloud burst.
With the sudden downpour, vehicular traffic came to a halt in many areas. Motorists, who were trapped in the rain water, faced tough task to steer the vehicles. The busy Jubilee Hills, Madapur, Hightec city, Ameerpet, Pragathi Nagar, Punjagutta, Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar, Borabanda, Moti Nagar, Kukatpally, LB Nagar and other areas received huge rainfall and suffered traffic jam.
