CM KCR for BCs welfare : Kamalakar

Hyderabad: BC welfare minister G Kamalakar today said that Chief Minister KCR is making efforts for all-round development of the backward community in Telangana.

Talking to newspersons here he said that BCS is with the TRS government for its welfare programs he said. His remarks are made as the polls to be held for MLA,  MLC, and GHMC. The KCR government is for BCs welfare and spending huge funds. 

Several welfare and development programs are being implemented in our state and credit goes to KCR, Kamalakar said.  In five years we set up 240 gurukul schools,  19 gurukul colleges for BCs he claimed.  The minister said that as many as 90000 BC students are studying in these institutions. 

KCR government offered valuable land for BC Bhavan at Kokapet and sheep units to 3.70 lakh Yadav families.  KCR was the first CM to urge the center to set up a BC ministry he added.
