D Srinivas likely to return “Home” in October

Hyderabad: Displeased with complaints from the TRS leaders against him, senior leader Dharmapuri Srinivas is all set to quit the ruling party and join the parent Congress party in the near future.

According to informed sources, on his birthday Srinivas would cut a cake at Nizamabad and celebrate the event with his followers and relatives. On the occasion, he will announce his future action plan. It is said the Congress has opened its doors for D Srinivas, who was noted as a successful PCC Chief who brought the party to power twice. He was getting ready to return home next month, most probably on October 11. Since the ruling party leaders were unable to bear with him and complained to TRS chief and Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao to suspend him from the party. The Rajya Sabha member was annoyed and unhappy.

In October first week, Srinivas is expected to reveal his mind and the decision to quit the ruling party followed by holding talks to leaders close to him. Srinivas attributed that he held various capacities at all levels due to blessings of Nizamabad people. “I worked as a secular leader and am really indebted to you. I worked always for peaceful atmosphere when held several positions”, he said. (NSS)
