Damodara assures to scrap CPS to employees

Hyderabad: TPCC Manifesto Committee chairman Damodara Rajanarsimha today said the Congress would abolish the Contributory Pension Scheme to the employees after returning to power. Interim Relief and PRC will be implemented in favour of employees, he said.

Speaking to the media here today, Rajanarsimha said his party will set up a corpus fund with Rs 4,000 crore to see that the farmers not to lose. He said they will set up a Welfare Council, especially for the sake of unorganized sections and informed that Reddy community people urged the party to set up Reddy Corporation while allocating Corpus Fund. He alleged that the TRS government failed to care the Telangana employees’, who were staying in Andhra Pradesh State.

Rajanarsimha said the IT raids and police cases have become very common if anyone questioned KCR. Police filed cases against Jagga Reddy and conducted IT raids on the residences of Revanth Reddy today, he alleged. Stating that KCR will not accept democracy, Damodara said the Congress would face KCR’s dictatorial behaviour.

TPCC manifesto committee co-chairman Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has said the Congress will fill vacant jobs immediately after coming to power. He said they will set up skill development centers in every district centers. He also said they will examine the possibility of providing special subsidies to the companies provide job opportunities to the Telangana youth.

Rajanarsimha also alleged that KCR targeted Jagga Reddy and Revanth Reddy. He also alleged that KCR “destroyed” Alampur MLA SA Sampath Kumar’s political life. He said he will not be afraid of cases. KCR was making the police to file cases against the people whoever questioned him. He said the Congress party will file cases after its return to power. (NSS)
