“Likewise, I offer this expression. Sythesis comprising of the words and music known as ‘Jana Gana Mana’ is the ‘Public Anthem of India’, dependent upon such rotations in the words, as the Government might approve as events emerges; and the tune ‘Vande Mataram’, which has had a memorable impact in the battle for Indian opportunity, will be regarded similarly with ‘Jana Gana Mana’ and will have equal status with it. I trust this will fulfill the individuals.”

On the off chance that any resident by any plain or undercover demonstration shows irreverence to it, it wouldn’t just be an enemy of social movement yet it would likewise mean catastrophe to every one of our privileges and very presence as a resident of a sovereign country. Each resident must accordingly avoid any such exercises as well as give his all to forestall on the off chance that any reprobate attempts to show any discourtesy to ‘Vande Mataram’.
