Delhi Police Denies All Allegations Of Lathi Charge Inside Congress Headquarters

As per the latest reports, Delhi Police has denied the claims of lathi charging Congress members inside the party base camp situated at 24, Akbar Road in the national capital.

“This is false and misleading information. No such occurrence occurred,” Deputy Commissioner of Police Amruttha Guguloth said. Extraordinary Commissioner Sagar Preet Hooda likewise had comparative perspectives.

“There was a minor fracas outside the Congress base camp when certain individuals who came outside out and about tossed blockades at the police. Police lathi charging or jumping inside AICC HQ is absolutely off-base. No such thing occurred,” the Special CP said.

The charge of police entering the Congress HQ premises were evened out by Congress general secretary K.C. Venugopal.
