Delhi Police Threatens With Legal Action If Doctors Disobey DDMA Guidelines

Referring to guidelines given by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) of not coordinating social affairs during the pandemic, the Delhi Police on Wednesday said they would start a lawful activity assuming doctors don’t follow it.

“We have mentioned to the fighting doctors that keeping in view the rising instances of Covid-19 they ought not put together any sort of social occasion in the city,” Assistant Commissioner of Police KPS Yadav informed media.

The occupant doctors have been fighting for the beyond 13 days over the postponement in NEET-PG 2021 advising. The ACP said it is plainly referenced in the DDMA guidelines that no get-together or rally is permitted in these pandemic occasions.
