Hyderabad: Telangana deputy speaker and former minister, Padma Rao Goud was tested positive for corona.
According to information four of his family members were also got infected. Corona is spreading among leaders who made a visit to virus affected areas and have got infected it is learned. Doctors conducted tests and found Padma Rao affected with the virus. They also collected samples from his family members.
Later on the former Minister and others are home quarantined being treated. Two grandchildren of Padma Rao were also infected and the doctors said they are recovering. The doctors are offering treatment to Rao at his residence near Monday Market. Goud has toured several localities in his, Secunderabad segment in programs to provide necessary help to the affected people.
Earlier, Home Minister Mahamood Ali was also rested positive for Coronavirus. Mahamood Ali is another leader after a few TRS leaders tested positive including Muthireddy Yadagiri Reddy of Janagam, Ganesh Guptha, and Bajureddy Giverdhan of Nizamabad.
He is being offered treatment at Apollo hospital in the city. With this several leaders of Telangana are being affected with COVID -19.
