Hyderabad: The three-member judicial commission appointed by the Supreme Court to probe into the encounter of four accused in the sensational Disha case of rape and murder,  has arrived in Hyderabad today.

The judicial team visited the high court on Monday and reportedly got closeted with the Chief Justice and others, according to information.

The State government has to make necessary arrangements for its stay,  office, and accommodation and also vehicles in the city. The opposition parties took a dig at the government for not taking measures to accommodate this commission in the state. The commission has to stay here for six months as directed by the Apex Court. If possible it may complete the probe even earlier. The commission will inquire into the encounter by state police, which was being alleged as fake by opposition parties.

It may be recalled here that recently an AIIMS  forensic team has conducted a second autopsy on the four bodies in the case. It will submit a complete report to the state and Supreme Court.
The Judicial Commission has to start an investigation with police officials, families of Disha, and also the four accused and others.
