Dry Weather in Telangana and Hyderabad Till April 19: IMD-H

The Indian Meteorological Department Hyderabad (IMD-H) forecasted dry weather conditions in Telangana and Hyderabad until April 19, based on its recent report. The state experienced dry weather on April 14, a trend expected to persist until April 19, with the likelihood of light to moderate rainfall in isolated areas on April 20.

On April 14, Hyderabad recorded a maximum temperature of 36.1 degrees Celsius. Khammam and Nalgonda districts reported the highest temperatures at 40.1 degrees Celsius, followed by Bhadradri Kothagudem at 40.9, Mahbubabad at 40.8, and Wanaparthy at 40.5 degrees Celsius. Other districts like Jogulamba-Gadwal, Mahbubnagar, and Nagarkurnool also recorded maximum temperatures of around 40 degrees Celsius.

The Telangana State Planning and Development Society also anticipated dry weather conditions for the state, with maximum temperatures projected to range between 38-42 degrees Celsius and minimum temperatures between 24-27 degrees Celsius. In the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) areas, dry weather is expected until April 17, with maximum temperatures ranging from 37-39 degrees Celsius and minimum temperatures between 25-27 degrees Celsius.

Specifically within the GHMC areas, Kapra recorded the highest temperature at 36.6 degrees Celsius, followed by Saroornagat at 36.5, LB Nagar at 36.4, Jubilee Hills at 36.1, Yousufguda at 36.1, Khairatabad at 35.8, and Charminar at 35.7 degrees Celsius
