Hyderabad : “Umrah Committee is dedicated for the comfort of All India Umrah Pilgrims and will provide all such required facilities and representations time to time for the benefits and comfort of the All India Umrah Pilgrims”, Syed Viquaruddin Ali. General Secretary said. He briefed about the different issues for the comfort of Umrah Pilgrims. He said repeater Visa Fee of Saudi Riyal is much inconvenient for the Indian Umrah Pilgrims as they look forward to perform Umrah as much time as the can, but the fee restricts them due to their routine financial conditions and economic situations in India. He appealed Saudi Government to remove the repeater Visa Fee for the Indian Umrah Pilgrims.
He also appealed Government of India to represent the facts to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the exemption of repeater fee for the Indian Umrah Pilgrims. He said Umrah committee will also represent to Ministry of Haj and Umrah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all other concerned authorities of Government of Saudi Arabi including Shah Salman the Custodian of Holy Mosques and Mohammed Bin Salman the Crown Prince. Syed Viquaruddin Ali expressed his deep concerns about the comfort of Umrah Pilgrims and said there is a need of Free Accommodation for the All India UMRAH Pilgrims in the holy places of Makkah and Madeena which may comfort the intending pilgrims in their budget and comfortable stay. He explained that Umrah Committee is looking to provide “RUBAAT” for All Indian Umrah Pilgrims in both the holy places and said the initiative of representations and preparing proper requirements have been started in this regard with both the Governments here in India and their in Saudi Arabia. Umrah Committee also launched its Comfortable packages for the Indian pilgrims where no advance is needed for the booking of any Umrah packages and all payments should be by the bank transactions only.
Shaikh Hussamuddin, President Azam Ali Khan @ Masood Khan , Vice President , Abdul Hai Joint secretary, Syed Ali Coordinator for Saudi Arabis from Jeddah, KSA and other officials also addressed the conference.(NSS)
