Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao today instructed the party leaders in districts, mandals and villages to focus on municipal polls and membership drive. “We have to strengthen the party and increase our membership in all the villages and mandals and district party offices will be built soon, he said at a meeting of TRS executive committee meeting at TRS Bhavan here.
KCR started membership drive and first took membership and other leaders followed him. Speaking on the occasion, KCR said the local leaders should focus on enrolling at least 50,000 members afresh in every Assembly segment. The leaders should get ready for municipal polls and ensure that our party members win the polls. He distributed membership books to the MPs, MLAs, MLCs and others. (NSS)
