Government Issues Warning For Google Chrome Users Over Safety Issues

As per the latest update, the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) has given a ‘high seriousness’ caution for Google Chrome Internet browser users.

According to the warning, a few bugs have been found in the Google Chrome program that could be taken advantage of by a far off aggressor to execute subjective code on the designated framework.

As per Google, 22 kinds of safety fixes have been given in the most recent Chrome program, which attempts to expand user security.

The government warning just as Google encouraged Chrome users to refresh to the most recent adaptation. Google as of late refreshed the Chrome stable channel to 96.0.4664.93 for Windows, Mac and Linux, which is accessible for all users.

In a warning, CERT-In said, “Various weaknesses exists in Google chrome because of Type Confusion in V8; Use later free in web applications, UI, window supervisor, screen catch, document API, auto fill and engineer apparatuses; Incorrect security UI in autofill; Heap support flood in expansions, BFCache and ANGLE; Type Confusion in loader; Type Confusion in loader; Insufficient information approval in loader; Integer undercurrent in ANGLE and Insufficient approval of untrusted input in new tab page.”
