Graduate voters turned out in a huge number on the polling day of Sunday which saw the best voting percentage for Hyderabad and Nalgonda segments with 67.26 (37 percent previous) and 76.41 (54 percent previous)respectively.
The results of the votes polled for the two graduate MLC seats will be announced on March 17. The counting of the votes polled will take place at Saroornagar indoor stadium in the city.
The election commission has released the polling percentage of two graduate MLC segments that saw the polls on Sunday. It was assumed that the percentage will surpass the 60 percent mark and it created history against the previous voting percentage.
The officials informed that Hyderabad saw 67.26 percent of voters turnout and the Nalgonda segment saw 76.41percent of voting.

The polling went off peacefully while as many as 93 contestants are in the fray for Hyderabad segment 71 in the Nalgonda segment.
The candidates fielded party-wise include — TRS Vani Devi, BJP Ramchandra Rao, Congress Chinnaa Reddy in the Hyderabad segment, and others are in the fray.
The TRS fielded Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, BJP Premender Reddy, and the Congress Ramulu Naik for the Nalgonda segment and others in the fray.
