Hyderabad: Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan today conveyed his condolences on the sudden demise of Balram Das Tandon, Governor of Chattisgarh, today.
In a message the Governor said, “I am deeply saddened to learn of the sudden and sad demise of Balram Das Tandon, Governor of Chattisgarh. His contribution for the development and upholding of democratic traditions and values, which he cherished, will always be remembered. He was a wonderful human-being and a man of values.
