Hyderabad: Indian Racing League scheduled to return on December 10 and 11

In preparation for the first-ever Formula E race scheduled to be held in Hyderabad on February 11, the single-seater motor racing championship, Indian Racing League, will return to Hyderabad this weekend, December 10 and 11.

On November 19 and 20, Hyderabad hosted the inaugural round of the IRL. However, Round 1 of the IRL was canceled due to an accident involving drivers from the Chennai Turbo Riders and Goa Aces teams.

The IRL had also announced that all ticket holders for the Hyderabad Race Weekend on November 19 and 20 would receive a refund.

The event’s organizers said in a statement that “all attendees will be notified regarding the refund process through email or text message. Your patience and assistance are much valued.”

The event was then moved to Chennai, where the Madras International Circuit hosted Rounds 2 (December 26 & 27) and 3 (December 3 & 4). In addition, the Hyderabad Blackbirds team won the second and third rounds of the IRL.
