Khammam: Congress senior leader and former Union minister Renuka Chowdhary has said her party had already prepared to face early elections in the State. The party would announce candidates’ names at an appropriate time, she said.
Speaking to the media here on Monday, Renuka Choudhary said she predicted early elections a year ago. She clarified that alliances with other parties was to dislodge the TRS government and to liberate people from dictator K Chandrashekhar Rao.
Responding to a question whether the TDP and Congress would enter into an alliance or not, Renuka evaded the question. She clarified that she would act according to directions of the party high command and public opinion on contesting Assembly elections from Khammam district and participating in election campaign.
