IIT Hyderabad B.Tech Student Missing: Search Intensifies

A B. Tech student in his second year at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Hyderabad has gone missing. Karthik, the missing student, departed the IIT campus on July 17 and has not returned, giving authorities and his family alarm. Furthermore, his phone has been turned off, making contact with him difficult.

Karthik’s parents raced to the institute on July 19 after obtaining the information from the IIT administrators and filed a complaint with the Sangareddy rural police. In order to track down his whereabouts, authorities followed his phone’s signal to Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

A team of police officers, accompanied by Karthik’s parents, has arrived in Visakhapatnam to conduct further investigations. Karthik comes from Miryalguda in the Nalgonda district, and IIT Hyderabad is in Kandi in the Sangareddy district.

Authorities are working hard to find and keep Karthik safe as the search for the missing kid continues.
