Sangareddy: Former Deputy Chief Minister and Congress senior leader Damodara Raja Narasimha has slammed IT Minister KT Ramarao, who once touched the feet of UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi terming her Amma, asking the latter as to how could he term Sonia Gandhi as Bomma now.
Speaking to the media here on Sunday, Raja Narsihma asked whether KTR has no shy to speak like that against Sonia Gandhi. Wondering at meeting the Prime Minister Narendra Modi one after the other by KTR and his father Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Raja Narsimha pulled both as to why they failed to discuss the 12 percent Muslim reservations issue. He asked whether TRS party to tell whether it was adopting secularism or opportunism. He said that there was a need that the people have to question the government and it was possible only with political awareness. The elections were nearing, Raja Narsimha said and suggested the party leaders to think on how to bring the lost sheen to the party. (NSS)
