Jagga swears he Won’t leave Congress

Hyderabad: Congress leader and Sangareddy MLA Toorpu Jayaprakash Reddy alias Jagga Reddy on Tuesday said he would spare no efforts for development of his constituency. He also made it clear that he did not get any invitation from ruling TRS party to join it. He clarified that his decisions would be based on the interests of his constituents.

In an informal chat with mediapersons, Jagga Reddy said whenever he switched his loyalties to other parties, his constituency witnessed development. Recalling that he joined the Congress on a call by then Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, Jagga Reddy said his constituency got IIT due to his defection to the Congress. He also said his constituency had been developed due to the establishment of educational institutions. He said he would not change the party again and would continue in the party for the sake of his family members. (NSS)
