Tirumala : Tirumala Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju today asked the officials to make arrangements for smooth entry and exit gates for all at Swami Pushkarini for holy chakrasnanam event.
Addressing officials on Wednesday at the Brahmotsavam control room on the preparations for Thursday morning event, the JEO said Chakrasnanam would be conducted between 6.AM-9.00 IS. Lord Malayappaswamy along with his consorts and Sudarshana Chakrathalwar after Snapana Thirumanjanam inside the temple.
He said 26 swimmers and boats would be in place at Swami Pushkarini to avoid any untoward incident during the Chakrasnanam event. LEDs also have been installed around the Swami Pushkarini to facilitate the devotees to view the live Chakrasnanam event telecast by the SVBC.
He also appealed that devotees should co-operate and retrain themselves and enter the Pushkarini only through the designated gates. Since the holy muhurtam of Chakrasnanam exists through out the day, the devotees should patiently wait for their turn and experience the holy ritual of Chakrasnanam, he said.
He instructed the duty officers to strictly implement their responsibilities. (NSS)
