KCR Meets With Rajnath Singh

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao today called on Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh in Delhi and discussed about State related issues.

The Chief Minister, who is in Delhi, met with Rajnath Singh and spoke about pending issues pertaining AP Reorganization Act like bifurcation of High Court, zonal system, FRBM, funds to backward districts in Telangana. He also urged the Union Home Minister to take an initiative for speedy division of the High Court. The Chief Minister who is content with Prime Minister Narendra Modi for giving a nod for zonal system, has also discussed on Defence allocation in Secunderabad for construction of Secretariat and other buildings.

The TRS supreme also appealed to Rajnath Singh for speedy delivery of the promises made in the AP Reorganization Act. He will meet with Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Sunday evening and seek financial assistance for the projects, housing scheme and other development programs like two bedroom housing and others.
