Telangana Agriculture Minister Niranjan Reddy and Transport Minister Ajay today said that Rythu Bandhu is the best scheme in the country to help farmers.
The farmers and people are able to see welfare and not the opposition parties, they said. At a Rythu Bandhu event at the Khammam district, the ministers addressed the gathering. Speaking on the occasion the ministers said that only people and farmers can see and recognize the efforts of the chief minister for welfare and farm yield rise.
They claimed that the KCR Government offers Rs 1400 cr for rythu bhima, Rs 10000 cr for free power, Rs 25000 cr for irrigation, and Rs 60000 cr for agriculture allied sectors. No other states are able to give such help as they lack any plan, the ministers said. Modi planned to give the farm sector and food grains to the corporate like Adani and Ambani which will lead to a food crisis in the country, they said.
The opposition parties noted for blaming the schemes and programs for political mileage and they cannot see the development of the farmers.
The rythu Bandhu is a brainchild of the chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao who has been offering it to farmers for seven years. It is a great record and history in the country that Telangana has crossed the milestone of giving Rs 50000 cr to the farmers to reap in a golden harvest, they said. The FCI and the Centre failed to get our stocks they said, adding that the BJP Government was duping the farmers.
They alleged that the BJP Government repealed the three farm laws as five states are going to polls. The Modi government suppressed and killed several farmers for protesting at Delhi borders, they deplored. The minister accused the BJP and the Congress leaders of carrying out a misinformation campaign.
The Centre sent its ministers and some CMs of BJP ruled states only to blame our government, they said. The people and farmers should compare as to who is suppressing them and people be wary of false propaganda, they said.
The GO 317 is for the employees and the opposition is making false charges, they said. The KCR Government has so far offered Rs 50000 cr in the last seven years.
