In a significant development noted textile company from Kerala is going to invest in Telangana state. A delegation of the Kitex Company today called on IT, Industries, and Textiles Minister KT Rama Rao at Pragathi Bhavan here.
Principal Secretary Jayesh Ranjan and other officials were present. KT Rama Rao informed the Kitex team of government policy for pushing industries and businesses in a hassle-free manner.
The Kitex team led by its CMD Sabu M Jacob has discussed their plans to invest in the textile business and its potential in the state. The Kitex team led by its CMD Jacob has shown its interest to invest about Rs 3500 cr in the textile business in the state.

The minister expressed happiness at the company and welcomed them to invest.
The government will provide all facilities and permissions for the Kitex Company to start its business, he said.
