Krishnaiah to contest from LB Nagar

Hyderabad : Backward Classes leader R Krishniah today said he would contest elections from the L B Nagar Assembly constituency.  Speaking to the media today, Krishnaiah, who was elected on TDP ticket in 2014 from L B Nagar constituency, announced that a public meeting would be held on November 4 on the problems of BC reservations and students’ problems. He alleged that a candidate contesting for Assembly seat was spending Rs 50 crore now and distributing money among caste-based associations. He said he requested  the Election Commission to prohibit sale of liquor till completion of the elections. (NSS)
