Telangana Minister for IT and Industries KT Rama Rao on Tuesday tested positive for Covid-19.
KTR himself revealed this on his Twitter handle, saying that he has tested positive for Covid-19 and he will be isolated at home until he tests negative.
“Thought this was behind us but clearly it isn’t. After developing symptoms, got tested for Covid & it was positive. Will be isolating at home. I request all who met with me over the last few days to kindly get tested & take precautions,” KTR tweeted.
Incidentally, this is the second time that he has been afflicted with the disease. On April 23, 2021, he tested positive for COVID-19 for the first time.
