Hyderabad : The minor victim from the city, Madhulika, who was attacked by her jilted lover for rejecting his love, was discharged from Yashoda hospital on Wednesday. She underwent several surgeries at the hospital to regain her normal health and she has spent 15 days at the hospital. It cost Rs.10 lakh for the treatment at the hospital. Of this amount, Rs.5 lakh was sanctioned under CMRF.
The doctors at the hospital have said that the health condition of Madhulika is normal now. Speaking to media persons at the hospital, the parents of Madhulika thanked the doctors of the hospital and media for their constant support. They said that the doctors had conducted counselling for them and asked them to visit the hospital on Saturday. The parents have also demanded stern action against the accused Bharat and urged the state government to set up a fast track court to expedite the case.(NSS)
