Man Threatens to ‘Encounter’ UP Cabinet Minister

A man, professing to be the nephew of an absconding history-sheeter, has been charged for Threatens Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister Moti Singh with ‘encounter’.

In a video, the indicted Chandan Yadav otherwise known as Baggad, an occupant of Karaudi Kala in the Sultanpur region, is seen with a crowd of around 50 individuals.

He can be heard saying: Sabhapati Yadav mere mama hote hain. Agar unko kuch bhi hua to mai seedha seedha Moti Singh ka encounter kardoonga (Sabhapati Yadav is my maternal elder. In the event that anything happens to him, I will directly do encounter on Cabinet Minister Moti Singh).

The followers of Sabhapati Yadav can be viewed yelling and bringing proverbs up in his support subsequently.

Famously known as Moti Singh, Uttar Pradesh Minister Rajendra Pratap Singh is an MLA from Patti constituency in Pratapgarh.

Taking notice of the video clip, police have enlisted a case against Chandan Yadav Baggad under Sections 269, 188, 507, 506, 504, 147 of IPC, Section 66 of IT Act, along with Disaster Management Act Section 51 at Aspur Devsara police headquarters of Pratapgarh on Tuesday.

IG Prayagraj range K.P. Singh stated: We have ordered two police groups to apprehend the charged. The groups are likewise recognizing the others obvious in the video alongside the accused.

Police authorities have stated that Sabhapati Yadav is a history-sheeter of Aspur Devsara police headquarters and around 50 criminal matters as of current are still pending against him.

A month ago, police had joined his properties worth Rs 1.6 crore under the Gangster Act.

SP Pratapgarh Anurag Arya stated: In the wake of filing an FIR under fitting sections against Chandan Yadav and others, two police groups are completing raids to seize all the charged. We are trying to identify the individuals remaining around Chandan Yadav in the video.
