‘MFZ infra’ brings unique idea to promote entrepreneurship among Muslims

To promote entrepreneurship among the skilful Muslims youths in the city and to produce industrialists out of best commerce minds, a firm “MFZ Infrastructure”, branch of Mamur Infra, brings a unique concept of providing space, infrastructure and serene atmosphere to perform business by forming industrial clusters close to Ibrahimpatnam area.

The unique ‘ease of doing business’ concept – covering small scale industries, is aimed at encouraging entrepreneurship skill and create industrialists among Muslim youths who often found it difficult to do business due to financial constraints, lack of logistic support and appropriate place to perform trade-related activities amid public outcries often emerge out from residential areas.

In a recently held press meet at Ibrahimpatnam, Mohammed Fiyyaz, Partner MFZ Infrastructure and a man behind the concept, said “Our aim is to bring out the best among the Muslims skilful youths of the city by providing them with all necessary infrastructure under one roof with sufficient space and facilities for the ease of entrepreneurship in a stress-free atmosphere. We are even providing the necessary support in manufacturing, publicity and marketing to ensure they get the better profit out of their labour. “This facility would provide an opportunity to do business besides help creating hundreds of jobs under one roof” he claimed.

In a serene atmosphere of Mall village close to Ibrahimpatnam, he said, two separate spaces on an extent of total 27000 square feet have been promoted into a state of the art business clusters. Both clusters one on 20,000 Sq.feet and another on 7000 Sq.feet carry facilities like water, electricity and other basic infrastructure to perform business without any pain.

Explaining the modalities being framed to provide the space for doing business, Mohammed Zaheer Ahmed, another partner said, “We have classified the entrepreneurship into three different modules such as Rental, Profit Sharing and Sleeping Partners. The rental model would allow the entrepreneur to acquire the space on a rental basis with the liberty to do business by their own while the ‘Profit Sharing’ mode will create a win-win situation for both the entrepreneur as well as the firm to perform the business and enjoy an equal share of the profit. Through this mode, the firm will provide all essential support to the entrepreneur to run the business free from all sort of stress.”

However, he said, the ‘Sleeping Partnership’ mode is completely different from the rest. This facility would be extended to those entrepreneurs whose business are having good demand in the market but can’t afford the rudimentary infrastructure or logistics to establish the industry. The firm, through this mode, will help the entrepreneur to set up the infrastructure and other facilities to do business that involved production and marketing etc, to help stand the entrepreneur in the market.

“People could be able to establish their business in a serene atmosphere without bothering about monthly rents and costly infrastructure. We even provide the opportunity to do business with us on sharing profit bases to which we can provide them with all necessary end to end support such as transportation, marketing and labour besides finding them the buyers of their product that helps them get a better price for their products in the market,” asserted Mohammed Muneer Ahmed, another partner of the firm.

“The concept is a great opportunity for the skilful persons who wish to form their own business for which they cut out for and became entrepreneurs. Establishing small scale units away from residential areas is a need of the hour and an idea that help entrepreneurs perform the business more independently without any risk of objection that always comes from human habitations,” asserted Mohammed Imam Tahseen, a social activist.
