On Friday night, a mother called Sirisha (22) and her three-year-old son, Manish, committed suicide at their home in Filmnagar, Jubilee Hills. Sirisha and Vishwanath had been married for about four years. On Saturday night, their bodies were discovered hanging from a ceiling fan while wearing a saree.
After locating Sirisha and her son, family members immediately contacted the police. Police from Filmnagar arrived on the site and took the deceased to the mortuary. In connection with the occurrence, a case has been filed.
According to her relatives, Sirisha was exposed to harassment by her husband and in-laws, which led to her despair. The authorities are investigating the exact events and motives that led to the unfortunate tragedy.
