Hyderabad: A mother killed herself before the eyes of her children by hanging herself in Lalaguda of the city. She took a selfie video before taking the extreme step. Although her children tried to save their mother their efforts went in vain.
The victim has been identified as Manjula. She has two children – sixth standard Ranjith and fifth standard Tejas. Manjula got married 12 years back. Her husband has an Ayangar bakery in lalaguda. The kids called up their father and informed him about the extreme step.
However, she died before he reached the house. The police reached the spot and rushed the dead body to a hospital for post mortem. The police have said that they were yet to find out the reasons behind the suicide by the victim.
