MP Komatireddy Slams Govt Over Protocol

The Congress party MP from Bhongir seat Komatireddy Venkat Reddy today alleged that the state government did not follow protocol in the issue of the inauguration of renovated Yadadri temple from his constituency.

He alleged that he www invited to the inaugural event as per protocol and added that the state government had invited all ruling party MLAs and MPs.

He said that he was pained to see the politics being done by the ruling party leaders on the issue of presiding deity of the temple. He said that he skipped the ongoing parliament session and came to Hyderabad expecting an invitation from the officials concerned to attend the auspicious event and added that he did not get any invitation from the officials.

He termed the decision of the state government to not invite him as cruel politics. The local congress party leaders and public representatives condemned the act of the state government.
