Nayini dares Congress to prove charges

Hyderabad: Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narsimha Reddy today reiterated that the TRS would retain power by easily winning 106 Assembly seats and all MP seats except Hyderabad in the next elections.

Speaking to the media here today, the Home Minister said as per a survey, the TRS will get the people’s mandate for the next 15 years and there was no chance for the BJP to win even a single seat. The Home Minister also ridiculed the Congress and the BJP parties for building castles in the air claiming they would wrest power in the infant State.

Nayani flayed the two national parties for cooking up charges of corruption and irregularities in the execution of development works and projects. He threw a challenge to the Congress to prove corrupt charges if it has guts and the government will take action against such acts. He questioned the BJP how it would come to power when there was no people’s response to their yatras. He tried to downplay Kodandaram’s new party saying neither it has leaders nor people’s support.

Narsimha Reddy said he was ready to obey a decision of TRS supremo and Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao whether to contest in the next election as an MLA or MP or to remain in the party activities. He said the government took a decision to extern Paripurnananda and Kathi Mahesh to protect law and order. (NSS)
