Hyderabad: The Police Commissioner also prohibited throwing of colours or coloured water on persons, places, vehicles and smearing of colour to people on public roads, places causing unpleasant incidents. He also prohibited the movement of two-wheelers and other vehicles in groups on the streets and public places disturbing peace and order and causing inconvenience to passersby. He also warned that any person or persons violating the prohibitory order will be prosecuted as per law.
