Hyderabad : A non-bailable warrant was issued against Praja Santi party chief KA Paul by the seventh additional district and sessions judge. The warrant was issued in relation to the murder case of Paul’s brother David Raju. Paul is one of the accused in the case.
The warrant was issued against him as he didn’t attend the adjournments of the court. The body of victim David Raju was found at Addakula mandal of Mahbubnagar district on January 30,2010. The police booked a case against nine accused in the case including KA Paul.(NSS)
