Hyderabad: CCS DD sleuths today arrested one Rohit Kumar Goyal, 40, in oil business under Sections 406, 420 read with 34 IPC.
Receiving a complaint from one Suresh Kumar Agarwal, Managing Partner of Messrs Sree Rama Industries situated at Kishangunj on May 26 last year, the sleuths registered a case and took up investigation. The complainant stated that accused Rohit Kumar Goyal had started a company titled as Messrs Ramdev Oils in 2002 procured oil from him and several others on credit and evaded payments.
The accused had taken a huge quantity of oil goods worth Rs 3 crore from the complainant and others and shut down his shop and fled duping oil business community. The accused misappropriated money to the tune of Rs 3 crores and caused wrongful loss to them and wrongfully gained. The accused was produced before the court. (NSS)
