Hyderabad: The ruling TRS Party has launched operation Aakash in Nizamabad district ahead of upcoming local body MLC elections. Former MP and the daughter of CM KCR K.Kavitha is contesting the elections.
The ruling party has taken the elections as a prestigious one and is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the victory of the party candidate. It he also launched operation Aakash to Attract the rival.
Party leaders into the party fold. The ruling party leaders from the district like state minister Prashant Reddy, MLAs Ganesh Gupta, Bajireddy Govardhan, and Gampa Govardhan are wielding their power to ensure the victory of the party boss as there is hardly ten days time left for the elections.
They have already welcomed six BJP corporators and one congress party Corporator into the party fold. Of the two zptcs of the BJP, two have always joined the ruling TRS party. Some more opposition leaders are planning to join the ruling TRS in the days to come. Of the 824 public representatives majority belonged to the TRS party. The polling will be held on October 9 next month.
From 9 am to 5 pm. The results will be declared on October 12 of the same month.
