Owaisi hint at possible fuel price hike post UP result, trolled by twitteraties

Taking pot-shots indirectly at the BJP government during a campaign at Uttar Pradesh, the AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi Chief said “The fuel price offer will put to an abrupt end either on March 7 or March 10 under the gripe of Russia-Ukraine War.”

Out of a total seven rounds of polling, the North Indian state, with over 200 million population, has completed six rounds leaving behind only one scheduled to be held on Monday, the 7th March.

“As the polling process is coming to an end soon, they (BJP leadership) will put the curtains on the fuel price offer either on the evening of March 7 (when the last round of polling concludes) or the morning of March 10. They (the BJP leaders) are habitual of blowing their own trumpet with a bundle of lies while the bhakts (saffron supporters) are habitual in believing them as usual,” asserted Asad Owaisi.

“These bhakts with their contrasting approach will try to justify the price hike by giving clean chit to such anti- people move as if the bill of their fuel expenses is being paid by PM Modi itself,” he said sarcastically.

As soon as his speech was uploaded on the Party’s twitter handle, the responses from the BJP supporters were found as expected. Many users responded saying whatever the situation arises out of price hike, they will remain with the BJP over any other party especially the Congress.

“First you save Hyderabad from the advancement of the BJP in the city. The time of proposed next general elections is approaching fast and the BJP is waiting for the same, said another user replying to the post.

Meanwhile, a similar tweet was posted on Rahul Gandhi twitter handle saying “Fill your vehicles with petrol fast. The Modi government’s election offer is going to end soon.”

Replying to the post a user said, “Be the price goes up to Rs.600 per litre, but will not vote for you (Congress). Replying to this post another user said “You unemployed bhakt! You don’t even have Rs.10 in your pocket and simply brag about spending Rs.500 on a litre petrol.”
