Pawan decries govt attitude towards striking medicos

Hyderabad: Janasena Party president K Pawan Kalyan today strongly condemned the attitude of government machinery towards the junior doctors, who were fighting against National Medical Commission (NMC) Bill. “It is unfortunate that the agitating junior doctors have been handled very badly as they were kicked and manhandled by the police in an inhuman manner”, he added.

“We strongly condemn the attitude of the government towards the junior doctors, who were fighting against National Medical Commission (NMC) Bill. It is unfortunate that the agitating junior doctors have been handled very badly as they were kicked and manhandled in an inhuman manner. It is unfair on the part of the government machinery towards the youth, who are practicing medical education with their talent and moreover the junior doctors are extending enormous services to the poor people in the government hospitals.

“Instead of responding to their demand to solve it, it is unjust to attack them. It is the responsibility of the government to hold a dialogue on the agitation of junior doctors and the doctors over the NMC Bill. The government shall take immediate steps over the incidents that took place in Vijayawada and Tirupati and make efforts to instill confidence among the young doctors and medical students”, he added.
