The ‘Peace Rain Spa’ centre located on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, was raided by the Banjara Hills police. The raid was carried out in response to specific information about criminal activities taking place within the spa.
During the raid, the police team, commanded by SHO M Narendra, seized five customers and the spa’s manager. Five ladies who were being exploited were also rescued.
Sweety, the main organiser of the prostitution activities at the resort, is currently on the run. The organisers have been charged under the Immoral Activities (Prevention) Act by the Banjara Hills police. Customers were allegedly invited via phone calls and social media platforms by the organisers.
