TPCC Working President Ponnam Prabhakar today demanded the state government to provide Covid virus and black fungus treatment free of cost to all the people of the state.
He also demanded the central government to provide one crore vaccines per day to the people of the country in order to prevent the spread of the Covid virus. He said that the Congress party held Satyagraha Deeksha across the state demanding the state and central governments to fulfill their demands. Prabhakar took part in the Satyagraha Deeksha held in Rajanna Sircilla district.
Speaking on the occasion he alleged that the state and central governments had grossly failed in the prevention of the Covid virus despite its claims that it had spent crores of rupees for the containment of the virus.

He said that thousands of families had lost everything after being infected by the virus. vaccines said that their protest program was aimed at opening the eyes of the state and the central governments. He said that the state government should wake up from its deep slumber and provide free treatment to all the poor and the needy people of the state.
He said that the central government should complete the vaccination process by the end of December 31. He mocked that both state and central governments were indulging in blame games instead of coming to the rescue of the people of the state and the country.
He said that they had submitted representations to the president of India and governor of the state through all the district collectors of the state.
