Priyanka Chopra’s Cousin Actress Meera Chopra’s Father Robbed At Knifepoint

New Delhi: Priyanka Chopra’s cousin Meera Chopra’s father was robbed at knifepoint in Police Colony. The “Section 375” actress took to Instagram, where she shared that her father was out on an evening walk when this incident took place. “My dad was taking a walk in #policecolony. 2 guys came in a scooter, showed a knife, and snatched his phone. This is how safe you claim Delhi to be,” tweeted.
She then shared the FIR number in a follow-up tweet. “Fir no: NWD-MT-000568 at prince road near PCR police line, model town. Can send you the contact number in direct msg or some email,” she wrote.

Two hours later, Meera thanked the DCP North Delhi for taking quick action. “Thanks, @DcpNorthDelhi for such quick action. It makes me proud when we feel protected by our police department. It’s never abt what has been snatched but protecting our elders is most important! Respect @DelhiPolice,” she wrote.

Later, She took to twitter again were talks about the connection between this incident and her cousin in the US who were doing the rounds. She wrote, “What’s the connection between my dad’s robbed phone and my cousin in the US? Can the media gurus please enlighten me? @Koimoi @fpjindia @bollybubble @ians_india @Spotboye @ZoomTV @ZeeNewsEnglish @dna?”
Meera made her Bollywood debut in 2014 with the film “Gang of Ghosts”. She was later seen in films like “1920 London” and “Section 375” and “Nastik”.

The actress is keeping herself and her fans busy by posting videos of her singing Bollywood songs over karaoke on Instagram. She is also seen practicing yoga and suggesting the same to her followers.

Meanwhile, her cousin Priyanka Chopra had gone live on Instagram with representatives from WHO. She, along with many big artists from Bollywood, Hollywood, and the south film industry staged a concert on Facebook live a couple of days ago which included her husband Nick Jonas, Katrina Kaif, A.R. Rahman, Arjit Singh, and many others. The concert was held to raise funds for people affected by COVID 19 and was successful in raising Rs. 52 crore.
