On May 8, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will visit Hyderabad to address a public meeting on Telangana’s unemployment problems. According to party sources, she will travel here from Karnataka, where she is campaigning for the May 10 Assembly elections.
The public meeting will take place on the Saroornagar grounds. The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) has begun planning for the meeting.
The Congress party is preparing for the Telangana Assembly elections, which are scheduled for later this year. Priyanka Gandhi’s meeting is seen as part of the party’s efforts to get into election mode.
The meeting is expected to bolster the Congress party’s ongoing statewide campaign to address issues of the unemployed in the aftermath of the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) exam paper leak.

Protests were held in Nalgonda, Khammam, Adilabad, and other places as part of the state Congress’s activities on unemployment and the TSPSC paper leak issues.
State Congress president and MP A Revanth Reddy stated that they will also explain what their party will do for the youth after gaining power at both the Centre and state levels.
The Congress party has demanded that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) investigate the TSPSC question paper leak case. Telangana Police’s special investigation team (SIT) is currently investigating the case.
