Revanth Reddy Asks AP Leaders to Not Interfere into Telangana Issue

TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy today took strong exception to the comments of neighboring AP minister Perni Nani over the merger of AP with Telangana state.

He asked the AP leaders to not interfere in the issue of the Telangana state, which was formed at the cost of the sacrifices of hundreds of martyrs of the state.

He alleged that AP minister Nani had raised the issue of the merger of his state with Telangana as part of a conspiracy of AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.

He alleged that the a conspiracy was hatched to sacrifice the Telangana state for fulfilling the aspiration of the expansion of the rule of  CM  KCR.

He said that the appearance of the statue of Telugu Talli was at the recent plenary of the ruling TRS party was part of the same conspiracy. He made these comments on his Twitter account.

Minister Nani responds to Revanth’s comments

Meanwhile, AP minister Perni Nani has responded to the comments of Revanth Reddy. He said that leaders like Revanth  Reddy, who always crave for sensationalism, would make such tweets.

He said that several new political parties were coming up in the state due to a political vacuum and added that an IPS officer of Telangana had recently resigned from his job and joined the political party .

He said that there was no such political vacuum in AP and claimed that the implementation of various welfare programs was the main reason behind the lack of political vacuum in the state.
